Privia Health Group, Inc.

Privia Health Group operates directly within Medicare Alternative Payment Models through its value-based care business model and physician enablement platform, making it highly likely to have Qualifying APM Participants who would need to update billing information to receive incentive payments. The company's focus on organizing clinicians into practice models and collaborating with health plans aligns precisely with the rule's target audience of clinicians participating in APMs. The rule focuses on administrative payment processing requirements for Medicare clinicians, while the company's sole identified risk is cybersecurity and data breaches. There is minimal overlap as the rule does not address data security, patient harm, or technology vulnerabilities that constitute the company's primary risk concern.
